When you contact Vireta LLC about products, pricing, container planning, or an order, you may voluntarily provide your name, company name, phone number, email address, delivery location, requested products, quantities, desired delivery timeframe, and any documents or other details you choose to send.
How Quote Requests Work
When you select “Submit Quote Request,” your completed inquiry is transmitted to our website form provider, Netlify, which processes and stores the submission so our team can review it and receive email notifications. Submitting a quotation inquiry does not place an order.
The Container Planner calculates estimates in your browser. If you choose to continue to the quote form with a container plan, the plan is temporarily transferred within your browser and included in your inquiry only when you submit the form.
How We Use Information
We use information you send to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, discuss product and delivery requirements, communicate about orders, maintain business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Information Sharing
We may share relevant inquiry or order details with manufacturers, freight and logistics providers, professional advisers, and other service providers when reasonably necessary to respond to your request or fulfill a transaction. We may also disclose information when required by law. We do not sell customer contact information.
Website Hosting and Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to deliver and secure the website. Netlify also processes and stores information entered into our online quotation form and may send submission notifications to our business email address, subject to its applicable terms and privacy practices.
If you email us, your email provider and ours may process the message according to their own privacy terms. If we introduce other analytics or third-party tools, we will update this policy as appropriate.
Retention and Security
We keep business communications and records for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, business operations, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. We take reasonable steps to safeguard the information we hold, but no email or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
